Refund policy
14 DAY RETURN POLICY
We know you’ll love your FXH Wheels and Accessories but if something isn’t quite right you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. After this period items are only warranted under our standard limited warranty [LINK].
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in and in its original packaging, free of any damage or blemishes.
Returned items damaged in transit due to insufficient packaging may not be eligible for credit. If an item does not satisfy the above requirements it will be returned to you.
Please contact our team at info@fxhwheels.com.au to start the return process, if your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instruction on how and where to send your items. Any item returned back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
All returns are to be sent to 96 Bell Street, Preston VIC 3072.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order once received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. Please prepare proof (such as photographic evidence) if the product looks to have been damaged in shipping and contact our team at info@fxhwheels.com.au.
Non-negotiables
We ask that you return items in the condition they were sent to you:
- Undamaged
- Unmounted – Tyres and/or Vehicle
- In its original packaging, intact and undamaged - Manuals, documents etc must be included
- We cannot accept returns on special orders or sale items
- Customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance fees
- Return has been requested within 14 days of receiving item
- Return item must be received within 30 days of RMA being issued
A 10% restocking fee will apply to any return order that FXH Wheels are not at fault.
Exchanges
Please contact us at info@fxhwheels.com.au to start the exchange process. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll inspect your return upon arrival and arrange for an exchange to be dispatched.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If your return is accepted, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and for it to appear in your account. Product Purchased from Dealer
Only items purchased from FXH Wheels are eligible for returns. Items purchased from other retailers or dealers must be returned to them.
